Joplin - Find Your Zone and Find Your City Council Representative

If you are wondering who represents you on the Joplin City Council, here is some helpful information.

First, you will need to look at the voting precincts map available on the city's website.

Find your home address on the map and note the color your address is highlighted in, then use the key in the top right hand corner to identify your zone. You can ignore the red numbers in the boxes, that has nothing to so with who represents you on city council, it is the color that matters. The map below might be hard to read so find a PDF of the map at the bottom of this page or use the above link to visit Joplin's website that houses this information. Scroll past the map to see what is the next step in finding your councilperson!

Once you find your precinct or zone, you can find all of the council members listed on the Joplin City Council webpage.

You will find council members' contact information on that webpage. This will allow you to reach out to members of the council about issues that are important to you as their constituents.
